1. Company Information

Royal Turkish Schools is operated by RTS Royal Schools Dil Okulları Eğitim Danışmanlık Turizm Ticaret Limited Şirketi, a registered company in Turkey. Courses are delivered at our Istanbul and Izmir campuses, or online.

2. Booking & Contract Formation

All bookings made via the website, email, or written application are considered valid. A binding contract is formed once:

The booking is confirmed in writing by Royal Turkish Schools, and
The required payment has been received.

Royal Turkish Schools reserves the right to refuse any booking.

3–5. Course Structure

Face-to-Face

45-min lessons, Mon–Fri
Max 8 students per class
Levels A1–C1 (CEFR)
Starts every Monday
Missed lessons are not refundable

Online (Zoom)

Stable internet required
Suitable device required
Available at scheduled time
RTS not liable for student-side tech issues

Bildungsurlaub: Min. 30 lessons/week · Max 2 weeks · Approved German states only. RTS does not guarantee state approval.

A placement test may be required. RTS reserves the right to adjust class placement if necessary.

7. Payments

A non-refundable €50 registration fee applies to all bookings. Full payment is required to confirm enrolment unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Issued after booking confirmation and payment. Visa approval is at the consulate’s sole discretion.

Travel Health Insurance

Available for face-to-face students upon request. Coverage and pricing depend on age, nationality, and duration of stay.

Online students do not require insurance through RTS.

The €50 registration fee is non-refundable in all cases. Tuition fees are non-refundable and non-transferable after course start.

12–13. Attendance, Certificates & Conduct

Certificate

Minimum 70% attendance required. RTS reserves the right to withhold certification in case of insufficient attendance.

Conduct

Students must respect Turkish laws and school rules. RTS reserves the right to expel students for serious misconduct — no refund will be issued in such cases.

14–17. Other Clauses

Media Consent

Photos, videos, and promotional material may only be used with explicit consent from the student.

Data Protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with KVKK. See our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability

RTS’s liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the student for the relevant course.

Force Majeure

RTS is not responsible for failure to perform due to natural disasters, government actions, public health emergencies, or travel restrictions.

18. Governing Law

This agreement is governed exclusively by Turkish law. The courts of Istanbul, Turkey shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
