1. Company Information

Royal Turkish Schools is operated by RTS Royal Schools Dil Okulları Eğitim Danışmanlık Turizm Ticaret Limited Şirketi, a registered company in Turkey. Courses are delivered at our Istanbul and Izmir campuses, or online.

2. Booking & Contract Formation

All bookings made via the website, email, or written application are considered valid. A binding contract is formed once:

The booking is confirmed in writing by Royal Turkish Schools, and
The required payment has been received.

Royal Turkish Schools reserves the right to refuse any booking.

3–5. Course Structure

Bildungsurlaub: Min. 30 lessons/week · Max 2 weeks · Approved German states only. RTS does not guarantee state approval.

A placement test may be required. RTS reserves the right to adjust class placement if necessary.

A non-refundable €50 registration fee applies to all bookings. Full payment is required to confirm enrolment unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Issued after booking confirmation and payment. Visa approval is at the consulate’s sole discretion.

Travel Health Insurance

Available for face-to-face students upon request. Coverage and pricing depend on age, nationality, and duration of stay.

Online students do not require insurance through RTS.

* 30 days or more before the start: €150 in total, including the non-refundable €50 registration fee — never more than the 29–15-day charge would be. Free postponement: instead of cancelling, you can move your course to another start date free of charge if you tell us before the course starts.

The €50 registration fee is non-refundable in all cases. Tuition fees are non-refundable and non-transferable after course start.

Online private lesson credits: a scheduled lesson can be cancelled free of charge via the student panel up to 24 hours before its start time (Istanbul time). Cancellations made later than 24 hours before the lesson, and lessons the student does not attend, deduct one lesson credit from the package. Package purchases are final and non-refundable; unused lesson credits are not redeemable for cash. Lesson credits are valid from the date of purchase for 3 months (packs of up to 5 lessons), 6 months (up to 10 lessons) or 12 months (larger packs); credits not used within this period expire. Unused credits are carried over to a new pack purchased within 6 months after expiry. Statutory withdrawal rights under applicable consumer law remain unaffected.

12–13. Attendance, Certificates & Conduct

Certificate

Minimum 70% attendance required. RTS reserves the right to withhold certification in case of insufficient attendance.

Conduct

Students must respect Turkish laws and school rules. RTS reserves the right to expel students for serious misconduct — no refund will be issued in such cases.

14–17. Other Clauses

Media Consent

Photos, videos, and promotional material may only be used with explicit consent from the student.

Data Protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with KVKK. See our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability

RTS’s liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the student for the relevant course.

Force Majeure

RTS is not responsible for failure to perform due to natural disasters, government actions, public health emergencies, or travel restrictions.

Digital Products (Pusula PDF books)

Delivery

When your payment is confirmed, a download link to the PDF prepared for you personally is sent to your email. The link is valid for 72 hours and each book can be downloaded up to 5 times.

Right of withdrawal

Under Article 15(1)(ğ) of the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal does not apply to intangible goods delivered to the consumer immediately. At checkout you confirm that delivery starts immediately and that you therefore lose your right of withdrawal. If a file is faulty or incomplete, or does not reach you, we send you a new one free of charge.

Licence

Each PDF is prepared for the buyer only: the buyer’s name, email address and order number are printed on its pages. Your purchase gives you the right to use the book for your own learning and to print it for your own use. This right cannot be transferred to anyone else.

Not permitted

The PDF, in whole or in part, may not be copied or shared with others; distributed by email, messaging apps, cloud storage or the internet; sold or rented; or copied and handed out to students in a class or an institution. The personal details on the pages may not be removed.

Teachers and institutions

In a class, every student needs their own copy. For 5 or more copies, write to [email protected]: with a discounted group purchase, we send each student a copy prepared in their own name.

All rights to the Pusula books belong to RTS Royal Schools Dil Okulları Eğitim Danışmanlık Turizm Ticaret Ltd. Şti. and are protected under Turkish Law No. 5846 on Intellectual and Artistic Works. If unauthorised use is detected, we will exercise our legal rights.

Teslimat. Ödeme onaylandığında, size özel hazırlanan PDF'in indirme bağlantısı e-postanıza gönderilir. Bağlantı 72 saat geçerlidir ve her kitap en fazla 5 kez indirilebilir.

Cayma hakkı. Mesafeli Sözleşmeler Yönetmeliği'nin 15. maddesinin 1. fıkrasının (ğ) bendi uyarınca, tüketiciye anında teslim edilen gayrimaddi mallarda cayma hakkı kullanılamaz. Ödeme sırasında teslimatın hemen başlamasını ve bu nedenle cayma hakkınızı kaybettiğinizi onaylarsınız. Dosya hatalı ya da eksikse veya size ulaşmadıysa yenisini ücretsiz göndeririz.

Lisans. Her PDF, alıcının adı, e-posta adresi ve sipariş numarası basılarak yalnız alıcı için hazırlanır. Satın alma size kitabı kendi öğreniminiz için kullanma ve kendi kullanımınız için yazdırma hakkı verir. Bu hak başkasına devredilemez.

Yasaklar. PDF'in tamamı ya da bir bölümü çoğaltılamaz ve başkasıyla paylaşılamaz; e-posta, mesajlaşma uygulaması, bulut ya da internet yoluyla dağıtılamaz; satılamaz, kiralanamaz; sınıfta ya da kurumda öğrencilere kopyalanarak verilemez. Sayfalardaki kişisel bilgiler kaldırılamaz.

Öğretmenler ve kurumlar. Sınıfta her öğrencinin kendi kopyası olmalıdır. 5 ve üzeri kopya için [email protected] adresine yazın. İndirimli toplu alımla her öğrenciye kendi adına hazırlanmış bir kopya göndeririz.

Telif hakkı. Pusula kitaplarının bütün hakları RTS Royal Schools Dil Okulları Eğitim Danışmanlık Turizm Ticaret Ltd. Şti.'ne aittir ve 5846 sayılı Fikir ve Sanat Eserleri Kanunu ile korunur. İzinsiz kullanım tespit edildiğinde yasal haklarımızı kullanırız.

18. Governing Law

This agreement is governed exclusively by Turkish law. The courts of Istanbul, Turkey shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
