Online private lesson packages (credit packs) are activated immediately after payment. Purchases are final and non-refundable, and unused lesson credits are not redeemable for cash. Lesson credits are valid from the date of purchase for 3 months (packs of up to 5 lessons), 6 months (up to 10 lessons) or 12 months (larger packs); credits not used within this period expire. Unused credits are carried over to a new pack if it is purchased within 6 months after expiry. A scheduled lesson can be cancelled free of charge via the student panel up to 24 hours before its start time (Istanbul time); later cancellations and missed lessons deduct one lesson credit.
Visa Refusal
Refund eligibility depends on written proof of refusal, cancellation timing, and administrative processing already completed. The €50 registration fee remains non-refundable.
Accommodation & Extra Services
Refunds depend on the notice period given and third-party provider policies.
Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 14–30 business days.
