REFUND POLICY (ROYAL TURKISH SCHOOLS)
1. Registration Fee
The €50 registration fee is non-refundable.
2. Course Cancellation
- 30+ days before start: €300 cancellation fee
- 29–15 days: 20% of total program fee
- 14–8 days: 40% of total program fee
- 7–1 days: 80% of total program fee
After the course has started, no refunds will be issued.
3. Visa Refusal
If a visa is refused, refund eligibility depends on:
- Written proof of refusal
- Cancellation timing
- Administrative processing already completed
The registration fee remains non-refundable.
4. Accommodation & Extra Services
Refunds for accommodation or extra services depend on:
- Notice period
- Third-party provider policies
5. Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 14–30 business days.
