VISA SUPPORT POLICY

1. General Information

Royal Turkish Schools provides Turkish language education for international students.
Visa requirements vary depending on:

  • Nationality
  • Length of stay
  • Type of visa required

Students are fully responsible for understanding and complying with visa regulations.

2. Documents Provided by Royal Turkish Schools

For face-to-face course students, we may provide:

  • Enrollment Confirmation Letter
  • Course Acceptance Letter
  • Payment Confirmation
  • Attendance Certificate (if applicable)

These documents are issued only after booking confirmation and payment.

3. Visa Approval Disclaimer

Royal Turkish Schools:

  • Does not guarantee visa approval
  • Is not responsible for visa refusal
  • Has no authority over consular decisions

All visa decisions are made exclusively by the relevant embassy or consulate.

4. Refund in Case of Visa Refusal

If a visa is refused:

  • Written proof of refusal must be submitted
  • Refund eligibility depends on timing and cancellation terms
  • Registration fee (€50) is non-refundable

Cancellation conditions stated in the Refund Policy apply.

5. Residence Permit (Turkey)

For long-term stays, students may need to apply for a residence permit.
Royal Turkish Schools can provide supporting documentation but:

  • Is not responsible for residence permit approval
  • Does not manage official government procedures

6. Travel Insurance

Students entering Turkey are responsible for obtaining valid health insurance.
Royal Turkish Schools may assist in arranging travel health insurance upon request.

7. Accuracy of Information

Students must provide accurate personal information.
Incorrect or incomplete information may affect visa or documentation processes.
