Royal Turkish Schools — International Student Visa Guidance
Royal Turkish Schools provides Turkish language education for international students. Visa requirements vary depending on your individual circumstances:
Students are fully responsible for understanding and complying with visa regulations applicable to their country of origin.
For face-to-face course students, we may issue the following official documents to support your visa application:
Documents are issued only after booking confirmation and full payment have been received.
Royal Turkish Schools does not and cannot:
All visa decisions are made exclusively by the relevant embassy or consulate of the destination country. We are a language school — not a visa or immigration advisory.
If your visa application is refused, you may be eligible for a partial refund under the following conditions:
Written proof of visa refusal must be submitted to our team
Refund eligibility depends on timing and our standard cancellation terms
The €50 registration fee is non-refundable in all circumstances. Please see our Refund Policy for full cancellation terms.
For long-term stays in Turkey, a residence permit (ikamet) may be required. We can provide supporting documentation, but we:
Students entering Turkey are responsible for obtaining valid health / travel insurance. We may assist in arranging travel health insurance upon request.
Students must provide accurate and complete personal information when applying. Incorrect or incomplete information may negatively affect visa or documentation processes and could result in delays or refusal.
Royal Turkish Schools is not responsible for consequences arising from errors in student-provided information.
