Most people learn Turkish for a reason — a job application, a university file, a visa, a residence permit. Here is exactly what you receive from us, what each document proves, and how an authority can verify it.
In short: every course includes a completion certificate at no extra cost, stating your level from A1 to C1. If you need documentation for a visa or residence permit application, we also issue an official enrolment certificate with a unique number and a QR code that any consulate or migration office can verify online. Students on German Bildungsurlaub receive the forms their federal state requires.
You will not need all of them. Which ones apply depends on why you are studying with us.
The document most students come for. It records the level you actually completed and the hours you attended — the proof you attach to a CV, a university file or an employer's training record.
The document consulates and the migration office ask for. It confirms a definite enrolment — not a reservation — and carries a unique number plus a QR code so the authority can check it against our records without contacting us.
For employees taking educational leave in Germany. We are a recognised provider in several federal states and issue the forms on the template your state requires, not a generic letter.
Turkish law recognises attending a Turkish language course as a ground for a short-term residence permit. The permit is granted for a maximum of one year at a time, and may be obtained on this ground a maximum of two times.
The decision belongs to the Presidency of Migration Management — not to the school, and not to the consulate that receives your file. What we provide is the part that must come from us: an official enrolment certificate from a Ministry-registered institution, issued in a form the authorities accept and can verify independently.
One condition worth knowing in advance. Consulates stopped accepting pre-registration letters, so the certificate has to confirm a definite enrolment — which means the course fee must be paid in full before we can issue it. We apply this without exception, because a document that overstates your status is worse than no document at all.
A certificate is only worth what the person reading it can confirm. Ours can be checked in seconds, by anyone, without calling us.
Numbers run in a single sequence per year — 2026-TK-001, 2026-TK-002 — so no two documents can share one, and a number cannot be invented.
Scanning it opens the verification page directly. The officer does not have to type anything or trust the paper in front of them.
The page shows one of three states: valid, suspended or cancelled. If a student withdraws, the document stops verifying the same day — which is precisely what makes a positive result meaningful.
Royal Turkish Schools is our brand. Our institution registered with the Ministry of National Education is ÖZEL TAKSİM YABANCI DİL KURSU, institution code 99990739, at Gümüşsuyu Mah. Mete Cad. No: 14 A, Beyoğlu, Istanbul. Official documents carry the registered name so that it matches the Ministry register letter for letter when a consulate checks it — a mismatch is the most common reason a genuine document is rejected. Both names are the same school, at the same address, with the same teachers. Verification therefore runs on taksimkurs.com.
Yes, and it is included in the price. It states your name, the level you completed, the programme, the course dates and the total lesson hours.
Yes — under Article 31/1-e of Law No. 6458, a language course is a legal ground for a short-term residence permit, for a maximum of one year at a time and a maximum of two times. The Presidency of Migration Management decides; we supply the enrolment certificate the file requires.
Once the course fee has been paid in full. There is no fee for the document itself.
It is issued by an institution accredited by the Turkish Ministry of National Education and states your level on the CEFR scale, which is the framework European employers and universities read. How much weight any individual institution gives it is their decision, as with any language school certificate.
Yes. Write to us with your name and course dates and we will reissue it from our records.
Yes. Live online courses follow the same programme and levels, and the completion certificate is the same document.
New groups start every Monday, at every level from A1 to C1. If you need documentation for a visa or residence application, tell us when you enrol and we will prepare it with your file.
