The educational services (your Turkish course, certificate and student support) are delivered by Royal Turkish Schools in Istanbul, Izmir or online, exactly as described at royalturkish.com.
Your booking confirmation, invoice and receipt for agent-collected bookings are issued by the Agent; course documentation (enrolment confirmation, attendance certificate) is issued by the School.

Cancellations & refunds

Bookings collected by the Agent follow the same cancellation and refund conditions as published by Royal Turkish Schools — see the Cancellation & Refund Policy. Refunds for agent-collected payments are issued by the Agent to the original payment method.

Terms

The Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy published on royalturkish.com apply to the services; for payments collected by the Agent, the contract for booking and payment processing is concluded with Royal Daniel Özer, Zürich, under Swiss law. The Agent acts as a non-exclusive sales agent of the School for customers residing outside Türkiye.
