Accepted payment methods:

More than 30 days before service: 10% cancellation fee
29–15 days: 30% of total booking
14–7 days: 50% of total booking
Less than 7 days: 100% of total booking
If third-party providers (hotels, airlines, transport services) apply stricter policies, those policies may prevail.
Clients must provide accurate flight details.

Royal Turkish Travel acts as an organizer and intermediary for certain services. Hotels, transport companies, and tour guides are responsible for their own operational performance.
Royal Turkish Travel shall not be liable for:

Royal Turkish Travel does not guarantee visa approval. Visa decisions are made solely by the relevant consulate or authority.
