Questions about the cruise

What is included in the price?

About 2.5 hours on a luxury yacht, refreshments (snacks, Turkish tea and coffee, soft drinks; on the sunset cruise also baklava, cookies and fruit), an English-speaking guide and hotel pick-up and drop-off in Sultanahmet, Sirkeci, Pera, Taksim and Karaköy. Prices are per person and include VAT.

Where and when do you pick me up?

We collect you from your hotel or a meeting point in Sultanahmet 1 hour before departure, in Sirkeci or Pera 45 minutes before and in Taksim or Karaköy 30 minutes before. Staying elsewhere, for example in Beyazıt, Laleli, Şişli or Beşiktaş? Choose the nearest of these areas when booking and enter a meeting point there; your pick-up time is in your confirmation.

What time does the sunset cruise leave?

It follows the sunset: 16:00 from November to January, 16:30 in February and October, 17:00 in early March and the second half of September, 17:30 from mid-March to mid-April and from 25 August to 14 September, 18:00 from mid-April to the end of May and from 1 to 24 August, and 18:30 in June and July. The booking form shows the exact time for your date.

Is it a private yacht?

No, these are small-group cruises of up to 30 guests on a luxury yacht. If you would like a private yacht for your group or a special occasion, write to us and we will send a personal offer.

Which language does the guide speak?

English.

How late can I book?

Online booking closes 24 hours before departure. For a last-minute request, message us on WhatsApp and we will check whether a place is still available.

When do I pay?

When you book. You pay securely by card online and receive your booking confirmation with your pick-up time by e-mail straight away.

Can I cancel?

Cancellation is not possible within 6 hours of departure. Please tell us about any change as early as possible so that we can rearrange your booking.

Can children join?

Yes, children are welcome. The price is per person and the same for every guest.
