A 27-suite cave hotel opened in 2024 in Mustafapaşa, the old Greek village of Sinasos on the UN Tourism 'Best Tourism Villages' list. Part of Wyndham's Trademark Collection, it is built for couples who want the room itself to be the occasion: carved stone, Ottoman-style furnishings and, in the top suites, a private indoor pool or hammam.

Our honest take: Opened in 2024, so there is little guest history yet. The wow factor is inside the suites (private pool or hammam), not in a big view or shared spa, so pick the suite type with care. Mustafapaşa is quiet and most sights need a car or our transfer.
