Teams work their way through the old town on foot, solving tasks at ten stations between Taksim and the Golden Horn. Questions can carry your own content. Typically 1.5 to 2 hours, and the photos and videos the teams take are yours afterwards.

Our city challenge runs on foot from Taksim Square down through Karaköy to the Galata Bridge — ten stations, all within walking distance of each other, so the teams compete rather than rush. It is the same ground our language students cross every day.

We work from ten participants to groups of five hundred. Most corporate sessions run 1.5 to 3 hours; a full-day incentive programme is also possible. Istanbul is our base, and we also operate in Antalya, Cappadocia, Bodrum and Cyprus. Outdoor formats always have an indoor alternative held in reserve — in Istanbul that matters between November and March.
Prices are quoted per person and depend on the format, the group size and the venue. We put the figure in writing, with what it includes, before anything is booked.
Four to six weeks is comfortable for a standard group. We have built programmes in ten days when a meeting moved, but venues and boats in Istanbul go early in spring and autumn, so the sooner you tell us the date, the more choice you have.
Yes. We are a licensed Turkish travel agency (TÜRSAB No. 17044) and invoice companies abroad routinely, in euros or US dollars. You receive a proforma invoice first, so your finance department can raise the payment before the event.
Every outdoor format we propose comes with an indoor alternative that we hold in reserve and agree with you in advance. You decide on the morning of the event; there is no additional charge for switching.
English by default. We also host in Turkish, German, Italian and Russian, and mixed-language groups are normal for us — the briefing can be in one language and the team materials in another.
Yes, and most clients prefer it that way: one agency, one point of contact, one invoice. We book hotels and meeting rooms, meet your people at the airport and arrange their flights if you want us to.
From ten people up to five hundred. Above about eighty participants we split the group into parallel tracks with their own hosts, which keeps everyone active instead of queuing.
